From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Everyone was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The pricing was fair, and the attention to detail shows. My new closet turned out even better than I imagined, I absolutely love it! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service.
Justin was awesome!!! I would give him 50 stars, if I could. We tried to go with another company. The sales rep got impatient with reasonable questions and unbelievably texted that she could help us find another company! Justin patiently answered all questions. More importantly, he explained everything to us, which allowed us to truly decide what we wanted. He is a gem to work with and I don’t think anyone else could care more or do better work. He brought up so many things that the other two companies we dealt with didn’t! Oh, we actually ended up doing two closets, so the first rep lost a lot bigger job than she knows. After my wife saw my closet, she decided to do her, much larger one. If you’ve never had your closets customized, do. It will change your life!
I cannot recommend Justin and Custom Closets enough! We have a highly complex configuration for a closet. It truly needed someone with an eye for detail, and thinking outside the box. We got four bids, and Justin’s was by far the most thorough, and was not the most expensive bid we had. When we first started bids, our inclination was to go with national brand. We felt they would have more variety, more purchasing power to get materials at discount, and more experience. What we found is that not one of those things were true about the bigger vendors. They still charged more for small things (colors and textures), had less options, and the people bidding for the larger companies had no experience actually building closets. They outsource everything, and did not have full control over the purchasing process, materials, and build. Justin has been doing this for ten plus years as a practitioner, and built his own company based on the knowledge he gained from hundreds of installs he did himself. He just finished our job today, and we could not be more happy! I’ve attached some pictures of our job, but the pictures don’t do justice to how incredible our new closet looks.
I have the best experience with Custom Closet If I can give 10 star I will ! Justin his very professional! Thank you again !
I cannot speak highly enough about Justin and his team. He worked within our budget and created the closets of our dreams. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and communication throughout the process were outstanding. Justin was thoughtful, reliable, and a true pleasure to work with from start to finish — we are absolutely thrilled with the results and would recommend him to anyone.
Custom Closets is the only company I will use for all my closet and shelving needs. Very happy with the quality, design and the speed of install. Highly recommend!!
Leaving a review for Justin Werre and his team at Custom Closets is a genuine pleasure. From start to finish, Justin brought so much care and expertise into the project—especially when it came to my kitchen pull-outs. He listened closely to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and turned my ideas into a beautifully organized reality. Now, every time I use those pull-outs, I'm reminded just how much I love them. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and Justin’s genuine kindness and professionalism made the whole process a joy. I can’t recommend him highly enough if you’re looking to transform your space with someone who truly cares.
After 4 consultations with other leading a cabinet companies, including the big warehouse store we all shop, I chose Custom Closets LLC to fabricate my dream storage solution. I was immediately impressed with Justin's expertise, his willing to explain the importance of measurements and overall building process. Most estimate visits from competitors focused on a pretty design. Custom Closets LLC provided a detailed design with interior and exterior renderings and educated me on functionality or safety of the build. Justin and his team exceeded all expectations and then some!
If you are looking for a closet remodel or addition, storage options or even a kitchen remodel and you want the absolute best, your search is over!
My husband and I just had our third project, a complete kitchen remodel, completed by Justin and his team. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen – actually, our expectations were exceeded!
Justin Werre is very conscientious and will work with you to produce exactly what you’re wanting with helpful suggestions along the way. He goes way above and beyond what is considered normal expectations. He is precise, considerate, hard-working and really a joy to work with. He treats every project like it is going into his home. No detail is missed.
We have had a master closet remodel, extra storage / coffee bar in our dining area and the kitchen gutted to the studs and remodeled. The quotes Justin provided us with for each project were below what we expected them to be. There is no skimping – only quality products are used.
Again, we were seriously overjoyed with the results of all three projects! Our little home is coming together beautifully because of Justin.
We would highly recommend Custom Closets for your next project. You definitely will be happy with the outcome.
